Packeta's Return Parcel service
As part of our services, we allow our customers from selected countries (Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Romania) to return unwanted or complained-about goods via Packeta.
How will it all work?
The process of returning, replacing or complaining about goods does not change, but we give you the option of simply and quickly delivering your parcel to us. Pack the parcel at home as usual and do not forget to include any necessary document, e.g. a withdrawal from the purchase contract or a completed complaint form. Bring it to any Packeta branch and provide the attendant with our ID: 93728316. The attendant will then print a label that you stick on the parcel. You will receive a confirmation of sending the parcel from the attendant.
In this way, the parcel is easily and quickly delivered to us.
Service fee
You will not pay anything for this service at the branch. However, there is a service fee of €2.90 when sending from Slovak branches. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned or complained-about goods*.
By using this service, you agree to the fee and to its deduction from the value of the returned goods.
*If you complain about goods and the complaint is recognised by the manufacturer, you will not be charged for the service.
Calculation example
I. Returning the entire order (all items from the order) via the Return Parcel service:
Value of the entire order: €24.40 – two items worth €10 each, €3.40 for delivery, and a cash on delivery fee of €1.
You return both purchased items.
We will refund you: €24.40 – €2.90 = €21.50
II. Returning part of the order (some items from the order) via the Return Parcel service:
Value of the entire order: €24.40 – two items worth €10 each, €3.40 for delivery, and a cash on delivery fee of €1. You return only one purchased item worth €10.
We will refund you: €10 – €2.90 = €7.10
