How to correctly measure the length of the footwear?
Correctly measuring both feet is the first important step to choosing the right shoes!
The following method is the most suitable for measuring foot length:
- place a piece of paper on the floor close to a wall or some steps, and tape it down
- place your foot on the paper with the heel touching the wall
- your toes must always be straight and you should put your weight on the measured foot
- mark the place where the longest toe ends on the paper
- then measure the length of the foot with a ruler
Always measure both feet as one may be longer than the other!

Thanks to high-quality natural materials, careful anatomical processing and elegant design, the Slovak manufacturer Protetika offers these women's ORS as an ideal choice for wearing at home, to work, or even as a stylish piece for casual outings. The upper in white made of varnished natural leather attracts with a modern look, which is additionally complemented by a distinctive round metal buckle - it not only serves as an aesthetic element, but also allows easy adjustment of the shoe width.
The insole is made of antibacterial leather, shaped according to the principles of orthopedics. It has a bed for the toes, which supports natural movement, strengthens the foot muscles and actively counteracts the deviation of the thumb. Also important are the supports of the transverse and longitudinal arch, which prevent them from falling and keep the foot in the correct position.
The heel bed protects against impacts when walking and helps with stability. The slippers are built on a cork-latex midsole, which excellently absorbs shocks and at the same time remains flexible and light. The bottom part consists of a ribbed rubber sole, which guarantees good adhesion and the already mentioned stability.
