How to correctly measure the length of the footwear?
Correctly measuring both feet is the first important step to choosing the right shoes!
The following method is the most suitable for measuring foot length:
- place a piece of paper on the floor close to a wall or some steps, and tape it down
- place your foot on the paper with the heel touching the wall
- your toes must always be straight and you should put your weight on the measured foot
- mark the place where the longest toe ends on the paper
- then measure the length of the foot with a ruler
Always measure both feet as one may be longer than the other!

Girls winter boots from the proven Slovak manufacturer Protetika. These boots are the right choice as winter footwear thanks to the PRO-TEX membrane, whose role is to ensure the breathability of the boots on the one hand, but on the other hand to prevent the overflow of water into the interior of the boots. The sole is firm, not very flexible, white in colour with brown elements. The upper is made up of a combination of coarse woven fabric and smooth leather. The skin has a brown-grey colour. The fabric is also brown, but with a subtle sheen, so it adds a touch of pizzazz to the shoes. The stitching is light grey thread. The design is complemented by the embedded silver glossy leather, which is located at the ends of the buckles, on the tongue and on the vamp. The tongue is a direct part of the shoe, not just sewn on. The inside is insulated with white fur. The insole is removable and has an element to support the natural development of the arch and is insulated with fleece. Fastening is with two Velcro fasteners.
