How to correctly measure the length of the footwear?
Correctly measuring both feet is the first important step to choosing the right shoes!
The following method is the most suitable for measuring foot length:
- place a piece of paper on the floor close to a wall or some steps, and tape it down
- place your foot on the paper with the heel touching the wall
- your toes must always be straight and you should put your weight on the measured foot
- mark the place where the longest toe ends on the paper
- then measure the length of the foot with a ruler
Always measure both feet as one may be longer than the other!

Product name: PROTETIKA DAIRA
These winter boots from the Slovak manufacturer Protetika impress with their all-black design. The shoes have a slightly lower cut and the sole is raised in the front and back. The upper is made of black leather, the stitching is black thread. The tongue is covered with a thicker woven black fabric. The copper elements ensure that the shoes are not drab. Shiny leather is found on the sides of the shoes and in the back in the form of a putka. The inside of the shoes is lined with soft dark brown fur, which provides high comfort when wearing. The leather insole is removable and features arch support for better foot ergonomics. Fastening with two Velcro fasteners makes it easy to slip on. On the buckles is a piece of shiny leather and the bottom is stitched with brown thread.
