The drug contains a combination of two drugs that is effective against pain and fever: paracetamol and caffeine. The drug is suitable for relieving headache, migraine, back pain, toothache and pain during menstruation. The drug also relieves flu and cold symptoms such as muscle pain, joint pain, sore throat, and reduce fever.

Only on a doctor's recommendation can the drug be taken for pain control in rheumatic diseases such as arthrosis (degenerative joint disease), and neuralgia (pain felt in the area of a nerve). More at adc.sk

Dosage and dosage schedules

Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents aged 15 years and over
1 - 2 tablets as needed 1 to 4 times a day at least 4 hours apart.
1 tablet is suitable for people with a body weight of 34 - 60 kg
2 tablets for persons with a body weight over 60 kg.
The highest single dose is 2 tablets (1 g of paracetamol) .
The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets (4 g of paracetamol and 0.52 g of caffeine).
For long-term therapy (more than 10 days), the dose in 24 hours should not exceed 5 tablets (2.5 g of paracetamol).

Adolescents 12 - 15 years
1 tablet as needed 1 to 3 times daily at least 6 hours apart.
The highest single dose is 1 tablet.
The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets per 24 hours.

Renal insufficiency
At a glomerular filtration rate of 50-10 ml/min, single doses are administered at intervals of at least 6 hours.
With glomerular filtration rate below 10 ml/min at an interval of 8 hours.

Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment should be limited to 7 days in all patients. If effective pain relief is not achieved, patients should be instructed to consult a physician.

Method of use

Medications are intended for oral use. The tablets should be taken with plenty of liquid. The relationship to food is not mentioned.

Notice

The drug is not recommended during pregnancy.
The medication is not recommended to be taken while breastfeeding.
The medication is not intended for children under 12 years of age.
Patients with mild and moderate hepatic impairment should be administered these drugs with caution.
In patients with severe hepatic impairment, administration of the medication is contraindicated.
Do not drink alcohol.
The medicinal product contains a mixture of sodium salts of parabens (sodium salt of methylparaben (E 219), sodium salt of ethylparaben (E 215), sodium salt of propylparaben (E 217)).
