Method of use

1-3 capsules depending on the lactose content of the food, to be drunk with water. It is taken with any food or drink that contains lactose.
Depending on the degree of lactose intolerance, the dosage is individual and must be adapted to the lactose content of the food. Lactose intolerance is variable and therefore each person with lactose intolerance must seek information about the role of this substance in their diet.
