Use
The contents of the bag are poured over 150 ml of hot water at 80°C and mixed well. After 3-5 minutes of constant stirring, the porridge is ready to eat.
Considering the values of the contained substances, it is recommended to consume a maximum of 3 servings per day prepared according to the instructions. Consult a doctor or nutritionist for larger amounts.
