Hami non-dairy semolina porridge without added sugar (contains natural sugars) is suitable for dinner or breakfast. For the most natural transition from a liquid diet, the slurry can be prepared from breast milk, infant milk or special infant milk (milk with partially or completely hydrolysed proteins).

1. Pour 200 ml of prepared infant milk (at 40 °C) that you usually give to your baby (e.g. Hami).
2. Add 4-5 tablespoons (20 g total) of Hami porridge, stirring constantly (whisking with a fork). You can adjust the thickness of the porridge by adding milk or powder as needed.
3. Stir thoroughly and let stand for a while. Serve the porridge to children with a small plastic spoon.

Always use only a dry spoon for preparation. Always prepare and serve the porridge fresh. Do not re-serve the unfinished portion, discard it.

Important note: The food is only intended to be part of a mixed and balanced diet for the baby, it is not a substitute for breast or infant milk. Breastfeeding is the best way to nourish a baby in the first 6 months of life.Consult your paediatrician when introducing complementary feeding. Take care of oral hygiene during the period of growth of the first teeth, especially before going to bed. It is important to follow the preparation instructions carefully.
