A special blend of B vitamins, zinc and natural live bacteria.

The composition of B vitamins and zinc contributes to:

Method of use

It is recommended to take in a dose of 1 - 2 capsules per day as needed. The capsule is washed down with a glass of water. If you have trouble swallowing the capsules, it is possible to open the capsule and take the powder dissolved in water or another liquid (not boiling).
