How to correctly measure the length of the footwear?
Correctly measuring both feet is the first important step to choosing the right shoes!
The following method is the most suitable for measuring foot length:
- place a piece of paper on the floor close to a wall or some steps, and tape it down
- place your foot on the paper with the heel touching the wall
- your toes must always be straight and you should put your weight on the measured foot
- mark the place where the longest toe ends on the paper
- then measure the length of the foot with a ruler
Always measure both feet as one may be longer than the other!

Summer barefoot shoes made by Protetika with a simple, yet imaginative design dominated by a combination of fuchsia and grey. The fuchsia is the sole, the buckles and also the thread that was used for stitching. The sole is soft and flexible in all directions, as is customary with barefoot models. It is raised on the shank and protects the shoes from premature damage. The upper is made of sanded leather. The larger part is dark grey in colour. After size 31, a white leather flower is sewn on the top buckle. The inside is also made of white leather. The insole is flat and removable. Fastening is with two Velcro fasteners. There are also two larger and two smaller holes on the shoes, which serve to wick away sweat and increase the breathability of the shoes.
