Description: Ambrobene 7.5 mg/ml sol pin 750 mg (drug.) 1x100 ml
The drug is an expectorant (expectorant) with a mucolytic effect, i.e. it relaxes, liquefies mucus in the respiratory tract, induces increased mucus production and at the same time dilutes it, promotes the movement of cilia and thus cleanses the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, increases its resistance to infection.
The drug is taken:
- in acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with difficult expectoration,
- in infectious diseases of the respiratory tract,
- in acute and chronic sinusitis.

Dosage and dosage schedules
Oral treatment
Children 2 - 5 years:
1 ml 3 times a day
Children 6 - 12 years old:
2 ml 2-3 times a day
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
During the first 2-3 days 4 ml 3 times a day, then 4 ml 2 times a day
Inhalation
Children 2 - 5 years:
2 ml 1-2 times a day
Adults and children over 6 years:
2-3 ml 1-2 times a day
Method of use
The medicine is taken after meals and should be diluted in a small amount of liquid (e.g. water, juice or tea). Fluid intake contributes significantly to its effect.
Suitable equipment (compressor or nebulizer) is recommended for inhaling the solution. Before using the solution for inhalation, it is necessary to warm it to body temperature.
Care must be taken to ensure accurate dosage when using the measuring cup included in the package.
Notice
The drug is not recommended to take during pregnancy, especially in the 1st trimester.
It is recommended to discontinue breastfeeding while taking the drug.
The drug is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
