A medicine to treat the symptoms of bronchitis and the common cold. For the adjunctive treatment of chronic and inflammatory respiratory diseases such as sinusitis (sinusitis), chronic bronchitis (chronic bronchitis), COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and bronchial asthma (chronic inflammatory disease of the lower respiratory tract). Dosage and dosage schedules
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older should take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Especially in cases of persistent disease, the dose can be increased to 1 capsule 4 times a day. For ongoing or long-term treatment, a dose of 1 capsule 2x daily is usually sufficient.
The duration of treatment should be appropriate to the nature, severity and course of the disease. If symptoms persist or worsen after 1 week of treatment, in case of respiratory distress, fever or expectoration of pus or blood, a doctor should be consulted.
Method of use
The capsules should be swallowed whole and taken with plenty of lukewarm liquid (preferably one glass of drinking water [200 ml]) approximately 30 minutes before a meal. Persons with a sensitive stomach are advised to take the capsules with meals.
Notice
The drug should only be prescribed to pregnant women after careful consideration of the risk/benefit ratio.
It is necessary to consult a doctor before starting to take the drug in the period of breastfeeding.
The drug must not be used in children under 12 years of age.
In patients with bronchial asthma, treatment should only be carried out under medical supervision.
The drug must not be used in cases of whooping cough and pseudocroup (subglottic laryngitis).
The drug contains sorbitol.
