The drug contains the drug xylometazolium chloride, which causes constriction of blood vessels at the site of its action, thereby reducing swelling of the nasal mucosa and, consequently, facilitating nasal breathing and improving the release of mucus.

Olynth® medicines will help fight the symptoms of colds and flus. They relieve swelling of the nasal mucosa, help to get rid of accumulated mucus in the nose and sinuses, and thus make it easier to breathe through the nose. The effect usually occurs after 5 minutes and lasts up to 10 hours.

Olynth® HA moisturizes the nasal mucosa thanks to three humectants, reducing the sensation of dry nasal mucosa for greater patient comfort. Moreover, it does not contain any preservatives that may irritate the nasal mucosa.
