The drug contains 4 drugs to suppress the symptoms of colds and flu:
- paracetamol acts against pain (analgesic effect) and reduces fever;
- phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses, relieves nasal congestion and sinus pressure;
- pheniraminium hydrogen maleate is an antihistamine and helps relieve allergy symptoms;
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C) helps cover the increased need for this vitamin in fever and flu.
It is used in adults and adolescents over the age of 12 to relieve flu and cold symptoms such as:
- fever and chills,
- muscle and joint pain,
- headache,
- stuffy nose and sinuses,
- runny nose and sneezing.

Dosage and dosage schedules
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age
Administer 1 sachet every 4-6 hours as needed. The maximum daily dose is 3-4 bags.
Patients with renal insufficiency
In case of severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance < 10 ml/min), the interval between doses should be at least 8 hours.
Patients with hepatic insufficiency
In patients with hepatic impairment or Gilbert's syndrome, the dose must be reduced or the interval between doses prolonged.
Patients must not use the drug continuously for more than 5 days.
If symptoms do not improve within 5 days or are accompanied by fever that lasts longer than 3 days, it is necessary to contact a doctor.
Method of use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of hot but not boiling water (approximately 250 ml of water). It can be started to drink when the solution has cooled to an acceptable temperature.
Notice
The drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
In children and adolescents under 12 years of age, the drug is not recommended.
Administer with caution to patients with hepatic and/or renal impairment.
The drug should not be taken by patients with high blood pressure or with heart or blood vessel disease.
Patients should consult a doctor in case of breathing problems such as asthma, emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
Do not take other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time as this medicine.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages during treatment and administer with caution in patients with alcohol dependence.
The drug may cause drowsiness. Increased caution is needed when driving vehicles and operating machinery or performing other tasks that require attention.
The drug contains sucrose (20 g in 1 sachet), caution is required in patients with diabetes.
Each sachet contains 28.3 mg of sodium, which should be considered in patients on a sodium-controlled diet.
