How to correctly measure the length of the footwear?
Correctly measuring both feet is the first important step to choosing the right shoes!
The following method is the most suitable for measuring foot length:
- place a piece of paper on the floor close to a wall or some steps, and tape it down
- place your foot on the paper with the heel touching the wall
- your toes must always be straight and you should put your weight on the measured foot
- mark the place where the longest toe ends on the paper
- then measure the length of the foot with a ruler
Always measure both feet as one may be longer than the other!

Lightweight summer shoes from the Slovak manufacturer Protetika. Due to the soft, thin and flexible sole, extended toe and flat insole, we classify them as barefoot shoes. The sole has a natural brown colour, it is raised at the toe and heel area. The upper is made of leather type leather which is green in colour. The shoes are fastened with Velcro. There are two buckles of the same width. They are finished with brown leather. There's a hole under each buckle. Two smaller holes are near the heel on either side of the shoes. The inside is full leather. The skin is brown. The insole is flat and removable.
