The drug (provides the effect of the medicine) is ibuprofen, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers.

The drug is used in children aged 7-12 years with a body weight of 20-40 kg:

Use

Dosage and dosage schedules

In children, ibuprofen is dosed according to body weight. The single dose is generally 5 to 10 mg/kg body weight, the maximum daily dose is 20 to 30 mg/kg body weight.
Recommended dosage:
Child weighing 20-29 kg (7-9 years): single dose: 2 capsules, maximum daily dose: 6 capsules
Child weighing 30-40 kg (10-12 years): single dose: 3 capsules, maximum daily dose: 9 capsules

Individual doses should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours (or a minimum of 6 hours between doses) if necessary.
Duration of treatment: the drug is intended for short-term use. If it is necessary to give this medicine to a child for more than 3 days or if the symptoms of the disease worsen, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Method of use

The capsules are chewed and then swallowed. It is not necessary to wash down with liquid.

Notice

The drug should be administered at the lowest effective dose and for the shortest time necessary to suppress the symptoms of the disease.
The drug is contraindicated during the last trimester of pregnancy. During the first 6 months of pregnancy, it is recommended to avoid taking this medication unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
