Hands are washed before preparing the porridge. All containers shall be checked for cleanliness.

1. Drinking water suitable for infants should be boiled for about 5 minutes .
2. Pour a measured amount of boiled water (150 ml) into a bowl and allow to cool to about 40 °C - higher temperatures destroy lactic acid bacteria.
3. Stir in 45 g of the porridge (6-7 tablespoons).
4. Stir with a fork and let stand for about half a minute.
5. Mix again.

Warning:
Do not leave the baby unattended when feeding. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not store unfinished portions. Designed for spoon feeding. This formula does not replace breast milk. Store dry at room temperature. Once opened, use within 3 weeks. After food preparation, close the container tightly and store in a dry place at room temperature.
