Product name: Kamistad sensitiv oral gel 10 g
Indications: Kamistad sensitiv is a mildly acting medicine for the treatment of mild inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa.Kamistad sensitiv quickly removes pain when teething, treats aphthae, corners.
Contraindications:If you are allergic to lidocaine or other amide-type local anaesthetics, to camomile or to plant species of the aster family (e.g. wormwood), cinnamon, Peru balsam (Myroxylon pereirae) or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Pregnancy, Breastfeeding and Fertility: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you think you are pregnant, or if you are planning to become pregnant, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
Dosage: Adults and children from 7 years: apply a half-centimetre strip of gel 3 times a day.
Use in young children (up to 7 years of age) and infants: young children and infants should not be given more than a half-centimeter strip of Kamistad Sensitive 3 times in a 24-hour period.
Ingredients: the active ingredients are lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate and liquid extract of chamomile flower 1 gram of gel contains 20 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride and 185 mg of liquid extract of chamomile flower (1:4-5). Extraction reagent: ethanol 50 % (v/v) with tromethamol 1,37 % (adjusted to pH 7,3 with 98 % formic acid). Other ingredients are benzalkonium chloride, ethanol 96%, formic acid, carbomer, saccharin sodium dihydrate, tromethamol, purified water, cinnamon bark essential oil.
