The drug contains benzydaminium chloride in the form of granules. It is used

• for the treatment of inflammatory manifestations of the female genital organs (such as vulvovaginitis, and cervicovaginitis) of any origin, including those arising secondary to chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
• prophylactically before and after gynaecological surgery.
• in routine feminine hygiene and hygiene during the six-week period.

Dosage and dosage schedules

The solution prepared by dissolving the contents of one bag is applied 1-2 times a day.

The duration of treatment is a maximum of 14 days. When used for routine feminine hygiene, it is used irregularly, as needed.

Method of use

The vaginal solution is prepared by dissolving the contents of one sachet in half a litre (for rinsing the vagina) or one litre (for rinsing the external genital organs) of drinking water. The prepared solution is applied using an intimate hygiene irrigator (not included). The irrigator is first washed thoroughly with warm water. The irrigator container is filled with half a litre of pre-prepared lukewarm solution. Screw the attached attachment onto the container. The attachment is gently inserted into the vagina and the solution container is emptied by squeezing it. After emptying, the container is kept squeezed and the attachment is gently pulled out of the vagina. After use, the attachment is unscrewed from the container and both parts of the intimate hygiene irrigator are thoroughly washed with warm water and left to dry.

Notice

It is advisable to consult a doctor before using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The drug can be used for vaginal rinses and rinses of the external genital organs in girls over 15 years of age. For rinsing the external genital organs, the drug can be used in children from 6 years of age.
Prolonged use may lead to sensitization. Treatment should be discontinued in such a case.
The use of the drug does not affect the physiological pH of the vagina.
The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours after dissolving the contents of the bag in drinking water.
